Classes We Offer
CrossFit WOD
A 60-minute CrossFit class focusing on full-body strength and all-round conditioning. These workouts include a variety of functional movements combining gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and high intensity cardio. Everyday brings a new workout with a new stimulus, in a fun and supportive environment.
Sweat
A 45-minute lunchtime class, with a focus on conditioning and getting sweaty. We use a range of equipment as well as body weight exercises. Our sweat sessions are low skill, high energy and aim to leave you feeling accomplished and ready for the rest of the day!
Gymnastics
​A 60-minute class focusing on gymnastics specific skills and relative strength. Gymnastics is the pursuit of mastering your own body-weight, from forward rolls and pull-ups to more advanced movements like handstand push-ups and muscle-ups. You will be coached through various gymnastics movements, learning the proper techniques and developing the strength required to perform these movements effectively during workouts.
Barbell Club
A 60-minute class focusing on weightlifting and specific skills and relative strength. Lifts, drills and accessory movements designed to improve Olympic lifting ability. Aimed at all abilities.
Functional Body Building
A 60-minute class focusing on building strength, stability, and mobility through practical, full-body movements. We also use traditional bodybuilding, which targets muscle isolation, this class integrates multi-joint exercises that mimic real-life activities, improving both aesthetics and functional performance.
Working through a mix of compound lifts, Bodyweight exercises and core stability work. This class promotes muscle endurance, coordination, and injury prevention, blending strength with athleticism.
